INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PREPARE YOUR ARTICLE
For each article, please make sure that all co-authors are aware of being listed in the paper and they have contributed to the work.
HOW TO WRITE TITLE AND ABSTRACT
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- The title (including spaces) should not exceed 15 words and should be written in sentence case. Please do not type a full stop (.) at the end of the title.
- Please remember to select a Theme and Sub Theme that in your opinion best fits your work.
- In addition to the Theme, please enter 3-5 keywords describing you work
- The abstract text should not exceed 1000 words.
The abstract must be structured in the following four specified subtitles: Background incl. aims, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
- Graphic can be added in the given field. Abstract text cannot contain tables or graphs.
- References are allowed at a maximum of 5 and is to be entered in the given field for References. Abstract text should not contain references.
- Use standard abbreviations. Place a special or unusual abbreviation in parenthesis after the full word the first time it appears.
- Write numbers as numerals rather than words.
- Registration of authors: Names, titles, institutional affiliations, cities and countries of all contributing authors should be provided.
The presenting author (not necessarily the first author) should be identified.
PUBLICATION RIGHT FORM
(to be signed by at least of the authors) - should your abstract be accepted and you wish to have published in the Abstract Journal (online only) a fee of EUR 30 excl. VAT will be charged.
